This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you with understanding how Algory Project sp. z o.o. (“Algory” “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use and disclose the information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual (”Personal Information”, “Personal Data”) collected through use of the website.

Providing Personal Data is voluntary, but necessary to provide services electronically for your behalf or the conclusion and performance of sales contracts. The consequence of not providing Personal Data required by the Algory is the inability to provide services electronically.

Any information collected by Algory is treated as confidential. All information is stored securely and is accessed by authorized personnel only. Algory implements and maintains appropriate technical, security and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, and against accidental loss, destruction, damage, theft or disclosure.

• We use user.com in order to comunicate with our users and provide forms.  User.com uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices: city, region, country, time zone, browser, browser version, referrer, initial referring domain, operating system, cyclical commission, screen height, screen width, last seen, first view.  User.com stores this information in a pseudonymized user profile.

Purpose for processing of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed for following purposes:

a) in order to provide services electronically the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR,

in order to make contact, as well as to provide the necessary information and explanations related to the provision of services offered by the Administrator - the basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) b) GDPR, it is the consent of the data subject. Your personal data provided in the content of the e-mail sent to us will be processed only in order to provide you with comprehensive information that you have asked for, on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you have given by express action (sending us an e-mail requesting a reply). If, however, you use the contact form, the consent will be given by checking the appropriate box.

c) in order to send marketing content to you (newsletter) in a way that you have agreed the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f)) GDPR;

d) for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Company based on generally applicable laws, including tax and accounting regulations the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR,

e) for analytical and statistical purposes the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f)) GDPR, the legitimate interest of the Company is to analyze the results of its business operations,

f) in order to implement the legitimate interest of the Company consisting in the possible determination or pursuit of claims or defense against claims the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6 (1) (f)) GDPR,

g) in order to make payments - the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is then Article 6 (1) b, c, f GDPR.,

Who can receive your Personal Data?

The recipients of your personal data may be:

a) suppliers of IT systems and IT services,

b) entities providing accounting services, quality of service investigations, debt recovery, legal, analytical and marketing services for the Company,

c) operators of electronic payment systems and banks in the scope of payments,

d) authorities entitled to receive your personal data on the basis of legal provisions. (including competent tax authorities and other state administration bodies - courts, prosecutor's office, police, bailiff).

How long will we retain you Personal Data?

Your personal data will be processed:

a) in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of conclusion and performance of contracts concluded with the Company for the time necessary to perform all obligations arising from the agreements indicated,

b) in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of providing electronic services to you for the duration of providing electronic services to you,

c) in the case of personal data processed in order to send marketing content to you by the Company  until you object to the processing of personal data in this respect,

d) until the expiration of the period of limitation of claims. After this period, personal data will be processed only to the extent and for the time required by law, including accounting regulations.

e) if the basis for data processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest - until an effective objection is raised.

Acceptance of this Conditions and Rights of the User

We assume that all Users of our website have carefully read this document and agree to its contents. If someone does not agree with this privacy policy, they should refrain from using our website.

Each of the expressed consents can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. a) the right to access the stored personal data, in particular Users can obtain information about the purpose of processing, categories of personal data, categories of recipients to whom their personal data have been or will be made available, the planned period of storage,

b) the right to rectify incorrect or complete incomplete data,

c) the right to delete stored personal data, unless there are contractual storage periods or the Administrator is not obliged to comply with other statutory obligations or has no authority to exercise statutory rights in this regard,

d) the right to limit data processing;

e) the right to transfer data, i.e. the right to send, at the request of the User, data stored by the Administrator in a popular, machine format or request to transfer data to another Administrator,

f) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority competent for the usual place of residence or workplace or for the registered office of the Administrator.

Under the conditions set out in Article 21 (1) GDPR, the User may object to the processing of data for reasons related to the specific situation of the data subject.

The right to object, referred to in paragraph 2 applies for all processing purposes outlined in this Data Protection Notice, insofar as these data are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

The user always has the right to withdraw the consent given. The consequence of withdrawing consent by the User is not the ineffectiveness of data processing based on properly granted consent until its withdrawal.
